Wooden Garden Buildings and Animal Housing

We take pride in our workmanship, and nothing other than high standards will leave our workshop. We make our hand-built dog kennels and garden buildings in the UK, and we provide a range of wooden products. In addition to our standard products, we also offer a bespoke service. Garden and Animal Structures is a friendly, family run business based in Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire, putting your needs at the heart of what we do. Who Are We?

Sometimes it’s nice to put a face to a name, or a voice at the end of the telephone! So, here we are – I’m Sam and he’s Ross. We have been married since 2012, have two crazy daughters and are passionate about what we do. Ross has always enjoyed woodworking and is a qualified joiner by trade. He can produce quality bespoke designs and has over ten years of experience in creating garden buildings. G&A Structures was set up just as we were expecting our second child (gulp). However, we love what we do and have never looked back since!

About Our Products

We use high quality, A Grade Scandinavian Redwood to build all of our dog kennels and runs, garden buildings and bespoke animal housing. TanalithE pressure treatment protects the timber from insect attack, rot and decay. We use ex50mm x ex50mm framework (45mm finished) and 16.5mm x ex125mm (12mm thick finished) tongue and groove shiplap cladding on walls, floors and ceilings. Quality tongue and groove creates a sturdy and robust building that will last. All products come with a polyester-based, heavy duty felt roof. Our superior felt has a clever backing that will seal itself down once warmed in the sun.

Galvanised Dog Run Panels from UK Supplier

Our dog kennel runs come with 5cm gap bar dog run panels as standard. The galvanised dog run panels are heavy duty and are the preferred choice for many of our customers. Alternative dog run panels are available if required, including 8cm bars, mesh and 3/4 mix solid. Please call us to discuss.

Garden Sheds

Our wooden garden sheds are ideal for garden storage or for using as a hobby room We know that a garden shed needs to stand the test of time, which is why we build them from sturdy tongue and groove cladding. Above all, we refuse to compromise quality for cost and will never use cheaper alternative materials. Our sheds have fully clad, tongue and groove walls, floors and roof to provide you with a quality product.
