We need full and unrestricted access to and around the building we are erecting, we ask for a minimum of a 1-2 foot around the perimeter for safe working. A height clearance of at least 8ft is required for all buildings. We will not carry through garages, houses or areas with height restrictions. Failure to mention before delivery will result in cancellation of the order and any deposit paid will not be refunded.
We require the base or ground that the building to be erected on to be level and clear. The base needs to be at least 1ft larger than the total size of the building. Please be aware that an incomplete or unsuitable base will be subject to a re-delivery fee of £300 plus any delivery surcharge that may be applicable. We recommend a concrete or slab base, but do call us to discuss any alternatives.
Once your delivery and installation date has been agreed, any changes or amendments to the date made by the customer may be subject to a re-delivery fee which will be charged at a minimum of £300.
We require access roads to your property to be large enough for a long-wheel based vehicle.
All buildings need treating annually to help keep it waterproof. The timber we use is tanalised which only protects against fungal decay, rot and insect attack.

Warranty and Aftercare
Your building comes with a 6 month manufactures warranty against faulty installation by our fitters. If fixtures become faulty within the 6-month period they will be replaced. This guarantee does not cover acts of nature including damages caused by strong winds and gales; therefore, we recommend that your new building is covered on your household insurance. We will not fix your new garden building, kennel or animal housing down to your base. Our buildings are built from strong and sturdy materials, and you will find that the end product is extremely heavy once built. However, it is the customer’s responsibility and decision to use their own fixings where appropriate.
While every attempt is made to ensure your new structure is safe for you and/or your pets/animals, we do advise that you check over your new building for any missed nails, splinters and/or sharp edges on mesh or dog run panels before using.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, failure to maintain them in good condition, wilful damage, misuse, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by us or the manufacturer, any alteration or repair carried out without our approval or any destruction caused by any animal.
Tanalised pressure treated timber comes with up to 10 years of protection against insect decay and fungal attack. It is not, however, waterproof. We recommend that a quality brush on water repellent is used annually to keep your building in good condition. Wood is a natural product and is susceptible to changes in extreme weather conditions which may cause a reaction in the timber, in most extreme cases and in particular, the timber may split, shrink or warp which is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for these natural changes. The tanalised timber process takes on an appealing natural green colour which slowly fades over time to a silver-grey and is not classed as a fault.
The guarantee is invalid if;
– The building has been customised or modified in any way.
– The person claiming is not the original purchaser of the building.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
After installation, you will be required to sign for goods received and to confirm you have read and understood the above Terms, Warranty & Aftercare.
