RWAF recommends that rabbits are kept in compatible bonded pairs, as they are naturally social animals and thrive with companionship. They also advise that outdoor rabbits must have a spacious, secure living area that allows them to exercise properly and display natural behaviours, rather than being confined to a small hutch.
