Description
Wooden Playhouse With Veranda
Our childrens playhouse with veranda is hand made by us in our Stoke-on-Trent based workshop. We use the best materials to build you a safe and strong playhouse that will make the perfect garden den for kids playtime. We use tongue and groove clad for the floor and ceiling (no chipboard) and the playhouse has a solid, felted roof. Also known as a Wendy house, our timber childrens playhouse includes a front veranda, stable door and 2x fixed perspex windows. A brilliant little house for your child during pretend play, or somewhere for them to store their garden toys.
WHY BUY FROM US?
We believe in offering a quality product, which is why we build our wooden children’s playhouses from tongue and groove shiplap cladding. Tongue and groove construction is a more substantial technique than the normal overlapping panel design. The interlocking boards offer a stronger build and also stop rainwater from entering the building. Last year, we upgraded our timber to have a larger 10mm tongue and groove rebate. Ther larger tongue and groove allows space for natural timber expansion and contraction, therefore meaning fewer popped boards in extreme weather conditions. Our clad is 12mm thick finished (ex 16.5mm) and we use 45mm finished framework (ex 50mm). All of the timber that we use to build our kid’s Wendy Houses is pressure treated with TanalithE. The tanalising process provides many years of protection against rot and decay. Tanalised timber will also repel pests and prevent insect attack.
