A clear and level base, ideally concrete or slab for sheds, that needs to be at least 1ft larger than the total size of your building.
Access and somewhere to park a Mercedes Sprinter long wheelbase van.
Clear access from our van to the building location – please note that we will bring all materials large and small on-site. Carrying through houses, garages or through alleyways with height restrictions may not be possible. Please discuss prior to ordering.
Description
Wooden Garden Shed with Pent Roof
Wooden tongue and groove shed for sale made in Stoke on Trent
A tongue & Groove wooden garden shed is perfect if you’re looking for a strong, durable garden building. The interlocking design is always recommended if you’re looking to store heavy items, machinery or valuable items. We use shatterproof Perspex for our fixed windows, which are a much safer alternative to traditional glass glazing. Thus making them ideal for busy gardens and allotments.
We hand build our garden sheds in our Stoke on Trent based workshop. We believe in offering a quality product, which is why you won’t find any chipboard on our sheds! Our timber pent garden shed has a fully clad roof and floor, along with lockable pad bolts and a durable, heavy-duty felt roof. The pent roof is our most popular style of shed for back gardens, as it has many uses. The roof slopes down to the back and can be less obtrusive in a back garden or small allotment.
Ideal for storage, you can house your gardening tools, lawn mower or even the kids toys in our wooden sheds. Why not use it as a hobby room or even a workshop? If you enjoy cycling then this would be perfect as a bike shed! Adding a garden building to your property will help to keep your home and garden tidy. We are able to manufacture our timber sheds in other sizes so please get in touch for more details.
WHY BUY A SHED FROM US?
We believe in offering a quality product, which is why we build our wooden garden sheds from tongue and groove shiplap cladding. Tongue and groove construction is a more substantial technique than the normal overlapping panel design. The interlocking design offers a stronger build and also prevents rainwater from entering the building. Last year, we upgraded our timber to have a larger 10mm tongue and groove rebate. The larger tongue and groove allows space for natural timber expansion and contraction, meaning fewer popped boards in extreme weather conditions. Our clad is 12mm thick finished (ex 16.5mm) and we use 45mm finished framework (ex 50mm). All of the timber that we use to build our garden sheds is pressure treated with TanalithE. Tanalising provides many years of protection against rot and decay, as well as repel pests and prevent insect attack.

All buildings need treating annually to help keep it waterproof. The timber we use is tanalised which protects against fungal decay, rot and insect attack.
